Wikiday

When did we decide on not having a wikiday for Halloween? And what is you definition of "wikiday"? I thought it'd be nice to at least put something on the sitenotice, news, and the main page. My user page. My talk page.

Quoting Urban Dictionary here: "A Wikiday is a day that wikis celebrate a holiday that everyone knows about (Probably)."
