The Birther Orodye is one of the four Ocular Terrors. The frailest of the four, it is white, with red markings. When it sees your Pikmin, it will spawn four eggs, each containing a random enemy. It will then clumsily flee while leaving your Pikmin to deal with the enemies, but if caught and fought, it goes down easily. It will slowly regenerate health after this, so get it back quickly!
