The Hole of Monsters is a hole in the Forest of Peace. One can consider it a "warm-up" before entering the other areas.
Sublevels
Sublevel 1
This Sublevel is very simple. The Brown Goodness is in the corner.
Bulborb bro's description
This sublevel is a circular room that has a lone green bulblax sleeping near the key. If you don't want to cause a mass destruction of pikmin' kill it first. The Sweet passion is located here.
Sublevel 2
- Mechawog x3
This Sublevel introduces a new enemy, the Mechawogs. These cannot crush your Pikmin, but it can slash them apart when too close. Ordinary Pikmin are ineffective, use your Purples to tear off their armor. The Strange Cyllinder is your reward.
Sublevel 3
- Dwarf Red Bulborb x5
- Red Bulborb x1
Sometimes, the Red Bulborb spawns near the spawning point. Two or three Dwarf Bulborbs are near the Red Bulborb, the rest are scattered about. The Red Bulborb carries the Serrated Disc. The Giant Red Cap is on a pillar.
Sublevel 4
There's a Queen Candypop Bud here, but it only flashes red for now. Repopulate your Pikmin, then go on. If you're too weak, you can leave.
Sublevel 5
- Mechaborb x1 BOSS
This enemy is very dangerous. Like the Mechawogs, it doesn't eat your Pikmin, but it slashes them to bits if they come close. Attacks from the rear are successful. Use Purple Pikmin to attack. Deactivating the mighty beast gives you the Macro Radar. The exit is on the opposite end of the arena.
