Blowquaff
The waddleblow is sort of the opposite of the waddlequaff. Anything it sucks in can be blown out when it attacks. Bomb rocks for example, will cause the waddleblow to spit a bomb rock at you. The waddleblow has the same structure as the waddlequaff, except for a larger chest, needed to exhale more.
